What’s your return policy?
Your order was made one at a time just for you. With that in mind, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. No shipping costs for damaged or mislabelled items.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If your purchase just isn't working for you contact us at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order and we will refund or exchange your product. Of course if you receive the wrong items or damaged items you'll get a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
